KeelX does not grant academic credit for the completion of a course unless otherwise explicitly indicated by a credit-granting institution.

Dashboard: is the LMS Dashboard, which a User can access to watch an eLearning course provided by KeelX after purchase.

Paid Services:

KeelX offers paid Services for a fee. Unless otherwise stated, fees are quoted in Euro. Fees may change or be negotiated as well as the method of payment. When you pay a fee for a course, you will have access to the course for up to 3 months. KeelX reserves the right to change any fees at any time at its sole discretion and may from time to time offer special promotional offers or discounts at its own discretion. KeelX does not offer refunds for payments made for buying courses and has no obligation to provide refunds for any other Services.

Governing Law:

The Terms and Conditions and the relationship between User and/or Registered User and KeelX shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.

Waiver/Severability – The waiver by either party of a breach of or right under the Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or right. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by an arbitration proceeding in the appropriate jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
